Dr. Bharat M. Shah is one of the most Senior general physician practicing for last 36 years in Ahmedabad.
He has served his MD. (Internal Medicine) degree from Gujarat university in 1986 with Gold Medal for best performance. He worked for one year in Mumbai's renown Jaslok and Hinduja Hospital in department of Cardiology and critical care. He started his career in Ahmedabad Gujarat Research and Medical Institute (Rajasthan Hospital) in 1987 May. He has rich experience of treating thousands of patient in outdoor and indoor category. He has special interest in Diabetes, Cardiology and infectious disease. He has been member of various medical societies like API, CSI, RSSDI, ISCCM and also associate member of American college of Physician. He has participated in many academic conferences and is also post graduate teacher in DNB Internal Medicine at Gujarat Research and Medical Institute. He has also participated in many live tv shows on medical subjects of day to day illness, for public awareness.
He has also served as President of Ahmedabad Physician Association, as well as he is currently vice president of Jain Doctors Federation. He has actively participated in various medical camps organized at Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh by various NGOs for the benefit of general public.
